All of a sudden, in the midst of a busy morning, I got very sad.
Our family will be leaving on a vacation and I feel like we are leaving Dekar “behind”.
I didn’t see this coming.
I am not sure what to do with the feelings, besides cry a little bit. 😦

I know exactly how you feel. The unexpected sadness from daily things. I had a daughter born still at 25 weeks (Mandy 11-26-09) and then my sister delivered a baby boy named Blake 2 weeks ago with Trisomy 18. He looked so very much like Dekar that my heart skipped a beat coming across your sight.

Brandi, I am sorry about Mandy and Blake. I know I think of Dekar every day. I hope both of you got to spend a bit of time with each of your babies.
